Bruce Cohen

Bruce has been a  black and white photographer for over 40 years shooting street scenes, travel and landscape photographs.  He sites his influences as Ansel Adams, Gene Smith, and Willie Ronis.

Recently, Bruce has expanded his photography to include color landscapes in early morning and his current gallery show “Light, Fog and Water” was the result of those images.

Prior to his first solo show at Fotofoto Galleries, Bruce had won several awards at national competitions and his work has been part of many corporate collections.  He has taken several workshops at the ICP in New York as well as in Maine with John Paul Caponigro.

Over the last several years, Bruce has transformed his work to digital imaging where he has used software programs such as photoshop to expand his creative visions.
