The Art League of Long Island’s latest photography exhibit, “Structure: Within and Beyond” posed a challenge to photographers from the tri-state area to submit their interpretations of structure and design found in nature and the man-made world.
Exhibition juror Karen Marks selected 52 photographs out of the 403 submissions from Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens,
New Jersey, and upstate New York.
The selected works on view explore structure and form from the simple to the grand, be it a humble shed or dazzling architectural design; or the living form captured in a moment in time.
